Below are some frequently asked questions to help make your shopping experience easier...

 

How do I place an order?

1.   Choose the embroidery design you would like from our listings.
2.   Select a tune
3.   Enter any personalization
4.   Note any special instructions if desired (i.e. color)

 

What is the finished size of the musical pillow?

     Finished size correlates directly with the chosen embroidery design, but most all are approximately 7" x 9" when complete. (plus the hanging ribbon)

 

What if I don't see a design that suits my need?

     Absolutely no worries about that!  We have a custom order link that will give you the opportunity to work with us in order to create something specially designed for you.  There are quite literally thousands of designs from which to choose and we love bringing your vision to life!

 

How long will my order take?

    Because every music box is created from scratch -- from design to color to assembly to any correspondence that may be necessary -- we require a processing time of 1 to 2 weeks prior to shipping.  Most always, turn-a-round is within a week, but during busier times it may require the full two weeks.

 

What is the cost of shipping?

     We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING!  All music boxes are carefully packaged and shipped USPS PRIORITY.  At this time it is the most reliable and economical service for our product.

 

 Are there any designs you cannot do?

     Yes!  Any designs that are licensed, trademarked/copyrighted, etc.  This would include things like Disney, Pixar, Professional/Collegiate Sports, licensed slogans, etc. 

 

I LOVE the idea of a musical pillow, but I don't know which theme I'd like.

What if I want a musical tune not on your list?

     Musical movements are much like the embroidery designs.  Most contemporary pieces are licensed and not cleared for legal resale.  The traditional music box tunes listed are readily available.

 

Can I return this product?

     Because (with few exception) each product is personalized, I do not accept returns.  That said, I bend over backward PRIOR to creating each music box to be sure all details are clarified and in place so there are no misunderstandings with regard to personalization or final product.  If there is a problem of any kind that points back to me, of COURSE I will make it right.  It is my goal to generate 100% satisfaction and I have 40 years of pleased and returning customers to show for it!
